Good Health is a precious commodity but it is often very fragile.

Many things can creep up on us and erode that “Feel Good” factor that optimum health brings.

There are so many things that can affect our general health and wellbeing and it would be tremendous if we could find ways to alleviate some of these problems and indeed avoid them altogether.

Well! – That’s what the “Health Tip of the Week” is all about.

Each week I will try to focus on a particular home remedy or general health tip that will help alleviate some common, annoying health problems or help avoid some of them by providing advice on “Prevention”.
